Kevin Koym is Founder and CEO of Enterprise Teaming, LLC.  Drawing on his experience of driving the adoption of technology through building seven different startup companies, Kevin has continued to show his vision in where human needs go and how to drive solutions to these needs through the appropriate acquisition of technology and practices.  Kevin has led many multi-cultural teams in in his career with which he has been involved, in roles of Founder, CEO, Chief Technology Officer, and Vice President of Professional Services.  Prior to joining the executive ranks, Kevin was a software engineer for NeXT Computer (now part of Apple) and PSW Technologies.  Through honing his skills in startup companies, Kevin excels at leading and coaching teams to do more with less and to innovate to breakthrough performance.  At a previous startup that Kevin founded he led Dell to enter into eCommerce (Dell sold more than $1 Billion computers on software that Kevin’s teams have built), similar accomplishments for AT&T Wireless, and Apple Computer, as well as leading to rapid launch of a number of startup companies.

Kevin has created business around the world, including having lived and worked in Chile and Mexico.
In addition to his duties at Enterprise Teaming, Kevin actively leads programs in the Americas for developing entrepreneurs, including through Bootstrap Austin (a group of over 600 Austin based bootstrapping entrepreneurs) and through the Prueba el Mundo, a entrepreneurship development program that he co-founded, with network participants from Chile, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, and Colombia.

John Thornborrow is an experienced executive that brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the team facilitation process.  He is an accomplished executive with experience in a variety of corporate roles including President and COO in industries ranging from medical device manufacturing, enterprise software, desktop software, and eCommerce.  His leadership responsibilities have included executive team leadership, personnel management, financial management, operations, and customer operations.  John also has a blend of business and technical education and experience that provides him the ability to understand complex business landscape and evolving technologies of today’s leading companies.

 John's experience has included CEO, COO, and CFO duties across five different venture backed startup companies.  He has specialized in turn around situations and merger and acquisition situations, including driving international acquisitions.

John joined Enterprise Teaming specifically to leverage his knowledge and passion for supporting the building of individual entrepreneurs.  He has worked with entrepreneurship programs in the US, Russia, and in Latin America.

Enterprise Teaming engages with clients at multiple levels- we presently have clients that are "software only clients" utilizing our web based software for coordination and management of internal team commitments, all the way to clients that are actively engaged with us in "business transformation projects" where Enterprise Teaming staff and Enterprise Teaming network members get involved in a target business's active strategy and operational projects.  We take on only a limited number of business transformation clients, specifically in the area of organizational capability building.
